ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • Additional characters can be add as +60% cost

  • NSFW content can add a surcharge based on the complexity.

  • Armor and background elements add an extra surcharge based on complexity.

What I will do:

  • Humans

  • Anthropomorphic/furry

  • Merpeople/monster people/fictional humanoid races

  • Short races/shortstack (gnome, dwarf, lalafell, etc)*

  • Pokemon/animals/other critters

  • OCs, canon characters, ship art

  • NSFW (sexual, mild gore, etc)

* While I have no issue drawing shorter/smaller characters in NSFW pieces, I’m doing what I can to make them look more like fully developed adults. Taking on NSFW commissions of this kind will be done on a case-by-case basis.

What I won't do:

  • Content for resale at your gain (ex. physical merchandise)

  • Extensive background work

  • Complex mecha/armor

  • Underage characters in sexual situations

  • Diaper, scat, vomit, or piss pieces

By sending payment, you agree to these terms whether you have fully read them or not.

I reserve the right to decline commissions prior to payment.I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to rude, inappropriate behavior, lack of communication, or inability to communicate in English. I will give the commissioner a partial refund, and retain payment equal to work already completed, the commissioner will receive no artwork.

General Commissions and Ownership/Usage Rights

Fanart Commissions (commercial intellectual property):

  • I retain all rights to the artwork.

  • Pieces are for your personal use only.

  • You may edit them into icons, wallpapers, etc.

  • You may reblog/repost/reupload the art, but you may not resell the artwork, regardless of the alterations made.

  • You may not use the piece for the creation of NFTs.

  • Pieces containing ONLY commercial characters may be reproduced by me as I see fit (buttons, prints, stickers, etc.)

Original Character Commissions (fan-adjacent or fully original characters):

Commissions with both commercial AND original characters fall under this header too.

  • The owners retain rights to their characters.

  • Pieces are for the personal use of the creator/s whose characters are present in the pieces.

  • You may edit them into icons, wallpapers, etc.

  • You may reblog/repost/reupload the art.

  • If transferring the rights of the character to another person, you can resell the art, bundled with other pieces of the character.

  • You may not use the art to create and sell merchandise.

  • I will never claim said characters as my own and the piece will not be available for individual resale. (The only time pieces of personal OCs would be available for resale would be in an art collection: pdf sketchbook/artbook, etc.)

Adoptables

If you bought an adoptable character from me, they belong to you. The art bundled with that character is for your personal use.If the adoptable was created using the base from another artist, you may be required to list the base source, per the rules of the base creator.Refunds are NOT available for adoptable designs.You may:

  • alter the design in future pieces

  • gift or resell the character for the same price you paid or less

  • use the design for any personal use

  • reupload/repost the character art

You may not:

  • claim the design/artwork as your own creation (you own the character, but did not create the art)

  • trace, recolor, or edit my artwork in any way

  • reproduce the character art with intent to sell merchandise using my art

  • if present, remove my signature

  • use any part of pieces created by me in the creation of NFTs

I may:

  • reproduce the purchased adoptable artwork in the future, but only in artbook collections/portfolios/etc as a supplementary illustration, and never as an adoptable

I may not:

  • sell a design as-is, when it has already been bought
